Find Your Safe Space

I fell in love with yoga some years back after a session at the gym.  I decided to pop in and see what a class felt like and ended up where I am today, teaching yoga and making it my aim to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. 

I  love the way yoga made me slow down and listen to my body. I love how the poses can be changed and adjusted to suit every body. Yoga has helped me to be "in the moment", on and off the mat.  I have felt my body and mind becoming more aligned and my body getting stronger and more balanced.  

As cliche as it sounds, my yoga mat has become a safe space where I work out my issues and stresses or where I just savour and enjoy the poses.

My offering is to teach yoga that is accessible to everyone and be a guide to light the way for my clients on their journey to their own safe space in this fast-paced, hectic life.
